Because Halloween was on Sunday this year we had several different activities going on other days of the week. The church activity was on Wednesday. Then the girls went trick-or-treating at some of the downtown Coos Bay businesses on Friday afternoon. Then on Saturday we went to several of the families in the ward who had signed up for families to come trick-or-treating. Needless to say they had a ton of candy. Luckily our dentist was offering to take the candy and give a dollar for every pound. The one who brought in the most got a prize of $50. He was going to send the candy to the troops. We had 5 pounds of candy! (the girls got to keep 10 things each)
